How do I find my phone model?

Your phone's model and serial (ESN or IMEI) numbers are usually located on the back of the phone. To identify the model number of your phone...

1- Turn off your phone.
2- Remove the battery or SIM compartment cover.
3- You will usually see identification information on the back of your phone in the battery or SIM compartment that looks like a model number (v60i, VX-4400, SCH-a310, 660, etc). Some companies make it harder than this - we don't know why, but if you call them, they will help you figure it out.
