How do I find my phone model?
Identify Your Cellular Phone
Your phone's model and serial (ESN or IMEI) numbers are usually
located on the back of the phone, behind the battery. To identify the model number
of your phone...
1- Turn off your phone.
2- Remove the battery or SIM compartment cover.
3- You will usually see identification information on the back
of your phone in the battery or SIM compartment. Some companies
make it harder than this - we don't know why, but if you call
them, they will help you figure it out.
